As a master facilitator, my mission is the same as yours. I work to increase participation and productivity to meet the goals and objectives of your meetings. In addition, I provide coaching for your team to lead and facilitate important meetings in the future. During the course of nearly 20 years of performance improvement consulting and facilitating meetings, I've helped countless businesses and associations. I guide them to create a strategic plan addressing their most pressing business challenges.

I have applied my expertise in presentation design and program development for a wide variety of national clients, ranging from large corporate conferences to smaller corporate events. I also facilitate seminars for the meetings and events industry. My facilitation work includes a wide variety of national clients. In addition to holding an M.A. Ed. in adult education and an MBA in marketing and hospitality, I’m the author of Kick Up Your Bottom Line – 66 Tips for Exceptional Employee Performance—a step-by-step guide for best practices and practical application of employee engagement. I have served on the board of directors for the South Dakota Hall of Fame as well as the National Speakers Association – Arizona Chapter, and I am a member of the National Speakers Association. 

Before launching my corporate career, I once danced with the Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall!
